    General Description

    The VHC74 is an advanced high speed CMOS Dual DType Flip-Flop fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

    ¡ö High Speed: fMAX = 170 MHz (typ) at TA 25¡ãC

    ¡ö High noise immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28 VCC (min)

    ¡ö Power down protection is provided on all inputs

    ¡ö Low power dissipation: ICC = 2 ¦ÌA (max) at TA = 25¡ãC
