Description
The SMF4L-T1G low leakage series is designed to protect sensitive
systems or components from high voltage, high energy transients.
It offers a fast response time, low Zener impedance, high surge and
excellent clamping capabilities. Because of its small size, it is ideal
for use in cellular phones, portable devices, business machines,
power supplies and other industrial and consumer applications.
