General Description

The MIC2920A family are ¡°bulletproof,¡± efficient voltage regulators with very low dropout voltage (typically 40mV at light loads and 370mV at 250mA), and very low quiescent current (140?A typical). The quiescent current of the MIC2920A in creases only slightly in dropout, prolonging battery life. Key MIC2920A features include protection against reversed bat tery, fold-back current limiting, and automotive ¡°load dump¡± protection (60V positive transient).
